Air Filtration

When browsing air filters, it’s essential to consider the MERV rating, or Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value. This measures how efficiently it filters air.
One of the most common and most economical filters, flat fiberglass filters, are rated between 1 and 4 on the MERV register. Pleated filters are somewhat better, rated between 8 and 12.
If the system supports, we suggest installing a MERV 13, such as the HC13 Media Air Cleaner, for optimal effect. This filter delivers cleaner air while reducing energy consumption.
High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters are regarded as the best in Air Filtration, since they’re typically in use in hospitals. They’re effective at catching 99.97–99.99% of indoor pollutants, including pollen, pet dander and smoke. Rheem offers the most advanced systems. Rheem Media Air Filters

Home Humidifiers
